My name is Sadhu Rakesh and I'm a web developer.

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from RISE Prakasam Group of Institutions, where I learn the fundamentals and applications of computer programming, web infrastructure, and software engineering. Previously, I was a Human Resources Manager at Lernx India, an online education platform, where I used my technical skills to enhance the human resources functions, such as creating a machine learning model to predict employee turnover, designing a Python program to streamline the payroll process, and generating Excel dashboards to monitor the performance and satisfaction of the staff.
